It's finally done. The Planet Studio Update is now available for your downloading pleasure. Work on this update actually started back in late 2019 and we are all feeling a bit like Frodo at this point. If you haven't been keeping up with the new features, you can read about them on the previous blog posts here, here, here, and here.
Here are the highlights:
- Planet Studio for PC/Mac
- Added 20 new celestial bodies:
- Completely redesigned Droo, Cylero, Luna, Tydos, Urados, and Juno
- Added two new planets: Vulco and Sergeaa
- Added eleven new moons
- Added one new comet
- Added new runways, buildings, and launchpad.
- Added new gauge part.
- Added new launch steam visual effects.
- Added Screen Space Ambient Occlusion.
- Atmospheres now render in the main menu, map-view, and planet studio.
- Allow targeting launch sites during flight

Is there a secret way to enable effects on mobile such as the realtime reflections?

@yebet123 click settings then go to controls, there you will find a button in the top right corner, click on it and the 'Open Dev Console' choice should appear, select that option and type "PlanetStudio"

@Lavo The new launch complex is in the mobile update, however, unless you are on Android and know the secret way to access planet studio, mobile players will not be able to customize space bases.
Will any of this such as the customisable runways and all be on mobile? It looks so cool and I’m really looking forward to it even if it is not.
I love this update and everything in it! Proud to say I’m a beta tester.
Only thing I could possibly want in the future trailers is the SimplePlanes announcer guy. He always gave me and others a good laugh.
