As QarabinaKa said, the green ones are prograde/retrograde, you can use this to have higher or lower orbits.
The Blue ones change the eccentricity of the orbit, use this if you want a very circular orbit or something. This is very useful when you want to get an encounter with different planets without having to do a retrograde burn.
The red ones are most likely to be used to align the tilt of your orbit, mostly used for aligning your orbit with other moons or planets.
All I can say is wow.
It's been a great 3 years playing SR2 with the beta system, a lot of great memories. But this, this can start a whole new adventure for me
