I've heard from multiple people that it works more or less perfectly on proton. I'm not a huge linux person myself, so I can't be sure about what that is.
You don't want to lock target on the droneship, but guide yourself to it, either manually or with vizzy. I also suggest making quick saves if you haven't been.
You probably could, but I don't think it'll work. Career mode is only currently for the stock system. For RSS a custom career mode would have to be written.
if you're wanting to search the forums, you can just add site:https://www.simplerockets.com/Forums to a search on google, it practically is the same thing as the crafts search, but for forums and not built into the website
@Hashys your point is invalid by the ending of your first sentence. Just because it has rockets in the game, does not make it exclusively a rocket game. Just look through the site, and you'll see. It's a dumb argument to make that just because it says "Rockets" in the name, you can't expand jet engines.
@TronicOrbital I don't think that is how they work by default, you have to add the arrow keys in the controls to move the cameras around using them. I may be wrong on this though.
@sneakylikeasnek That sounds like a material setting rather than a bug. Increase the smoothness for it to shine more. Also, having realtime reflections enabled gives a better result
you can edit the color of engine smoke in the hidden properties

1.2 years agoGo to the Part Move Tool and make sure that "Show Resize Gizmos" is enabled.
1.2 years ago@Wenhop The mod post talks about that.

+1 1.2 years agofor crafts you can go to https://www.simplerockets.com/Crafts/Search
if you're wanting to search the forums, you can just add
1.2 years agosite:https://www.simplerockets.com/Forums
to a search on google, it practically is the same thing as the crafts search, but for forums and not built into the websiteit likely wont be finished
+1 1.2 years agoor do you mean you want the throttle input to be based on the modifier?
1.3 years ago@LeMagicBaguette Yes, that's what it does
1.3 years agoYes, with a throttle input controller
1.3 years agoThe presskit isn't new, it's actually quite old. I presume they updated it recently for the release of 1.0
+1 1.3 years ago@Pedro :)
1.3 years agoIt wasn't taken down, the repo site was just updated to the new name.
+1 1.3 years agoThis is an awful idea, it already is very hard to build on mobile. Don't even want to imagine how that would go on a controller.
+1 1.3 years agoit's fading away
+1 1.3 years agofine wine
1.3 years agoYou could, theoretically
1.3 years ago@SmarsoAreo You're 10 days late... Yes it's likely someone else already claimed the key
+1 1.3 years agothis is not really funny
+1 1.4 years agowowwie lider
+1 1.4 years agoThere are a lot more small and tiny issues all over the site like this
1.4 years agoYou can add input controllers for pitch, yaw, and roll. Then you assign each of those to the input you want to use
+1 1.4 years ago@Zenithspeed What type of input controller are you using?
1.4 years ago
1.4 years ago(1.2>FlightData.MachNumber>.95)?True:False
i do not like instagrm.
+6 1.4 years ago@TronicOrbital yes i believe i did
1.4 years agoI think you should lower the side of NASA on the adapter, it looks a bit too big, and thick
1.4 years ago@Ylias I don't think SR2 would be happy working with something so small.
+5 1.4 years ago@Hashys Wacky and silly idea, but jet engines, and the ones they're talking about, are not exclusively used for planes/jets
+2 1.4 years ago@Hashys your point is invalid by the ending of your first sentence. Just because it has rockets in the game, does not make it exclusively a rocket game. 1.5 years ago@Mostly you need to go back to baby school
1.5 years ago@Mostly you are not making it any better
1.5 years ago@Mostly i think you missed a bit
1.5 years agoyou spelt it wrong mister mostly
1.5 years agoActually, career mode is already in the game. It's just mostly disabled. Those files were left as an easter egg
+3 1.5 years agoIf you are on mobile, and having and issue with planet studio, it will be ignored. PlanetStudio is not intended to be used on mobile devices
1.5 years ago@sneakylikeasnek I can check, i suppose. Could you send unlisted links to the two crafts?
1.5 years ago@sneakylikeasnek Looking at those images, you have a different material for the solar cells.
1.5 years ago@Zenithspeed that's for linking text, not an image
+1 1.5 years ago@TronicOrbital I don't think that is how they work by default, you have to add the arrow keys in the controls to move the cameras around using them. I may be wrong on this though.
1.5 years agoWhat do you mean by maximum throttle?
1.5 years ago@sneakylikeasnek That sounds like a material setting rather than a bug. Increase the smoothness for it to shine more. Also, having realtime reflections enabled gives a better result
1.5 years ago@XspacePick yeah I am starting to think you do. This is like the 8th "image test" forum post you've made in 10 days. It's not that difficult.
+2 1.5 years ago[]!(image url)
@s89Aerospace Ah, those were the new monopropellant engines.
1.5 years agowhat trailer
1.5 years ago@Bwahahaest if you can run unity, you probably could build the mod, but not test it.
