I found this when searching through the simplerockets 2 files, and I found a folder called “career” inside contained dialog files and a tech tree file image1 image2

Actually, career mode is already in the game. It's just mostly disabled. Those files were left as an easter egg

They do need the assets to work on career mode so…

Also images are(open the photo on Imgur and grab its image link, though you can also just copy an image link from discord) -

Looks like there are three career mode menus:
Contracts.
Milestones.
Exploration.
This should be very interesting!
