i have downloaded the real solar system from here but is there any way which i can change the career system to real solar system thanks
( by th way i'm a ksp player for 5 years so and played in real solar system in that game for a long time so i know about rockets)

There will be custom careers that can be played with other systems eventually, but they’re not quite there yet!

You probably could, but I don't think it'll work. Career mode is only currently for the stock system. For RSS a custom career mode would have to be written.
