True, but I believe Andrew said somewhere that SR2 won’t completely replace SP. SR2 will be focused more around rockets and space, and not have as many plane parts as SP. Just like SP has specific car and plane parts but no rocket parts.
SR2 isn’t meant to replace SP. While SP is focused for on aircraft, SR2 will be more about spacecraft. I think Andrew said that there won’t be as many plane parts in SR2 as there are in SP.

I (kind of) have a suggestion! It would be nice if you would have both the new shaping system and one like in SP. It would probably help with making a fuselage the exact size you want it.
