But doesn’t this go against the “SimpleRockets” name? Like I get you are trying to make the game better but so new people still can’t figure out the standard fuel tank.
@BagelPlane sadly that isnt an island, its an external object in unity not terrain object. object collisions is very laggy and with something as large as a planet would crash many devices
To clarify about the “non-resumable crafts” these are random space junk pieces that you must have left somewhere sometime during a launch or mission. The reason you cannot resume them is because they do not have any astronauts, Command chips or command pods. Without these parts you cannot interact with anything so the game simply doesn’t allow you to view these. (There is a clean up space junk option and it removes all of these)- although I forgot where it is
You may be moving a bit fast or unstable. However it might not be your fault and you could try giving a small burst of thrust to nudge it to connect @Rufan
Upvotes are rare, most epic builds are 50+ but it’s difficult to do that. Hours and days are put into those builds. Plus they gotta look good into the thumbnail
You may want to make it a little more complicated than what you have because that will make the throttle flicker, if instead increase throttle 0.01 if under 3m/s and decrease by 0.01 if over 3m/s then it will be much more stable
This tutorial was intended for a rocket mission, I’m unsure how you will dock. What’s the distance between the two objects? If it’s lower than 5km you should be safe to head toward it but further than that it’s different @Massdi

4.8 years agoCopy the crafts into a file that’s not under SimpleRockets, once you have reinstalled the game put the files back. It should work @JSO18
