It is possible to add underground cave systems to Droo. Also add to others. and it would also be possible to add caves via PlanetStudio. Add a soundtrack for caves, sounds (scary). I hope they will hear me.

@BagelPlane sadly that isnt an island, its an external object in unity not terrain object. object collisions is very laggy and with something as large as a planet would crash many devices

I don't have the game, but in SP there is an island known as the Kraken that is hollow and you can fly into it. There is also Snowstone Island that has a bunker carved into it. So yes, I think it is possible.
