@Marssmmm Make sure that they are actually not making thrust. Ion engines make basically no noticeable movement so you will have to left click the engine and set throttle at 100% and look if its producing any thrust.
Ive had to move to another pc and still in the same game. The reason i didnt lose my stuff is because i saved them to steam. So probably a good idea to do that incase it happens again
