I love this game, i really want to make huge colonies on the moon and mars, but if i have more than about 1000 parts my pc really starts lagging, this isnt because of my pc because i know a bunch of people with the same problem. Even with graphics all the way down i still get 10 fps and without the parts 120 fps

@sentinelaerospace the ram is the.most important part, and please stop investing hundreds of dollars on special/better-looking motherboards and the best cpu's. UR SUPPOSED TO BUY THE BEST GRAPHICS CARD
Oh, and before I forget, 16gb of ram is the best. No-one uses 32 on their pc unless they're doing some hardcore video editing

1) don’t blame the game for your crappy computer
2) it’s your crappy computer not the game, i play on mobile and can run 2100 parts with some trial and error, invest in a better CPU or more RAM storage if you can

@017b yes they should use more, at least 4 cores like most modern game engines
what are your PC specs. i have a low end gaming pc and i do not experience the problem
It does have to do with the PC though, the people you talk to perhaps have similar specs. SR2 is also a lot less laggy compared to similar games. I also have Besiege and around 200 parts I just start lagging like crazy, while in SR2 it's fine until I hit around 1K/1.5K parts.
Have you tried lowering physics and enabling FPS Spike Reduction?
How much ram do you have. Because it could be your computer. A lot of the other people’s problem is because they don’t have a lot of ram.
