@Gustavus While I believe you, unfortunately there's no way for us to actually tell 100% if you're being truthful or not. The Terms Of Use clearly state that users under the age of 13 cannot use the site, and this is basically because the law says you cannot knowingly collect data from someone under the age they can give consent to data collection in their country (in most cases around 13-16 years old). You didn't exactly make it clear that you were joking -- in-fact you made it sound like you weren't joking, and that's not a risk we can take.
I'm not sure it's mathematically possible for you to be 15. You said you were 12 about 9 months ago sooo.. I dunno. I think it's safe to assume you're at least 13 now so it's possible we could unban your account, but due to how the law works it's probably better you start from scratch with your new account.
You could open the dev console (It's unbound by default. The setting to bind it to a key is in the 'other' category for setting keybinds) and enter MLI while in-flight. Gives you infinite fuel.
I also feel it's worth noting that we actually are getting new moderator tools whenever Andrew has the time. Because of me constantly making suggestions after I was made a mod, a spreadsheet was made for moderator tool suggestions.
We actually can sticky posts (and comments), we just don't because.. I dunno, we just don't. Not like people actually pay attention to pinned stuff anyway...

Ah, that was me. Reading this post, it appears the ban was due to a misunderstanding. Your profile said you were in Grade Five - which in the United States' education system would mean you were 10-11, which would be too young to be on this site. But that's assuming you live in the U.S -- and it's become apparent you do not. I will speak to the other moderators about this.
I've been having the same problem. Just use the Steam overlay or copy the link and paste it in the designer and you should be able to download stuff as normal.
@P51M Please leave the moderation to the moderation team rather than trying to do it yourself. As Bmcclory said, "necroposting" does not apply to this site. If you think something violates the rules, report it. Don't try to deal with it yourself.

The PC builds are usually ready for people to use much sooner than the mobile builds since they primarily develop on PC, and then work on getting that stuff working properly on mobile. In releasing betas on both at the same time, they would be delaying a perfectly good PC build just for the sake of releasing on 2 platforms at the same time.

What I said was "Playercount != usefulness as testers" in response to someone else saying "You should test mobile first now, after all, now mobile users are larger than CP.". My point there was that a higher player-count does not indicate that all of them would make for good testers. There are plenty of mobile players that would make for good testers, but generally PC testers are easier to find and cooperate with.
