This said I'm going to stop following this post and I'm really sorry for posting 4 messages in a row, it's really sad to see behaviours like this sometimes in the webpage, I'm glad this is just a really small group of people in this huge amazing community.
@Kishore0115 I'm not a developer, I'm a player that has paid both pc and mobile versions and plays both and you (and nobody) don't have the right to be unrespectful and toxic.
@Yathish sorry if that's the image I projected, but I told them to shut up because they were spamming and even threatened the devs. I don't think that asking for something is annoying (I may be between the top suggestion/bug reporters), the problem is when people spam without education.
@Rizkyman what's the thing you don't like? Biome distribution, terrain, colour palette...?
If there's enough people requesting it we can look into having both versions available, but it needs to have support because updating both is time consuming.
@AnotherFireFox what I mean is that craft roll axis is not easy to determine, it's not always aligned with the pilot position or with the thrust vector direction, that could give an imprecise twr value
@AndrewGarrison I've found a bug with the interface between Vizzy and the input controllers. Setting a variable doesn't pass the value to the input controller, but updating it does In this example it has a piston using the "ra" variable and without the change variable by 0 block it doesn't read the change in the variable, not sure why.
@Meltingvenus @huuminberd but the subroutine is in a parallel thread, so it both the main and the subroutine run simultaneously. You can force it to work like a function with some tricks, but I would use custom blocks instead for that now that we have them easily accessible
What you're trying to do is really complex, you need deep understanding of some math, physics and sr2 concepts before you can even approach such a program.
There are some already done self landing rockets, you should start by checking those and trying to understand how they work.
@Gn0m in mobile devices you need an external keyboard afaik, if you have the ipad keyboard go to settings and find the keybinding for the console (or set it to a key you want)
@LukeJ848 first you should post a bug report. Open the game and launch a craft that can reproduce your issue. Then in the menu you should see an option to report a bug, click on it and write a description as clear as possible about your issue.
Then ping me in the comments of the bug report.
@LukeJ848 then maybe it's an issue with the key bindings?
If not try assigning other thing to your roll keys, like throttle, to check if they work and the issue is in the game side
@crowxe The other crafts orbit has nothing to do with ESS, it may be a bug in SR2 and if you think they're too dark you can always change the game settings to increase brightness
@Anton06 I think you missed the ids a bit there xd
5.4 years ago@socialist What we do is much simpler and it's been quite a long time without any ESS update, so no
5.4 years ago@Davidtheduke you can fin ESS 2.0 in the mod section, for astronauts you'll have to wait a couple of days or less based on what Philip said
5.4 years ago@WSASTDS That's going to be impossible sadly

5.4 years ago@Thuglifebruhwut Sure, they are lying
5.4 years ago@Kishore0115 I'm not a developer, I'm a player that has paid both pc and mobile versions and plays both and you (and nobody) don't have the right to be unrespectful and toxic.

5.4 years ago@Kishore0115 it's in the comments
5.4 years ago@Thuglifebruhwut I'm starting to think you are illiterate
5.4 years ago@PhilipTarpley cool :)
5.4 years ago@SupremeDorian You can merge almost anything through xml xd
5.4 years ago@Rizkyman what's the thing you don't like? Biome distribution, terrain, colour palette...?

Have deleted Graal, Androo and the Tesla Roadster???
5.4 years ago@AnotherFireFox what I mean is that craft roll axis is not easy to determine, it's not always aligned with the pilot position or with the thrust vector direction, that could give an imprecise twr value
5.4 years ago@AnotherFireFox imagine your thrust vector doesn't point forward but to a side, or that you have engines canceling eachother

@huuminberd Android allows xml editing too
5.4 years ago@AnotherFireFox Today I have some spare time, I can give it a try
5.4 years ago@AnotherFireFox what matrix calculations do you need that can't be done now?
5.4 years ago@AnotherFireFox I wonder if it's possible to make a list of lists, that would be a matrice
5.4 years agoFor spacial matrices a list of vectors should work
@AnotherFireFox no, you have to make it show through xml, you can't just type it ingame
5.4 years ago@huuminberd You have to make it visible through xml, iirc Graal used that in some of the engines
5.4 years ago@huuminberd you can separate throttle per engine relatively easy just by using variables as inputs
5.4 years agoMaybe it's just something to do with the joysticks, that may be configurable in the key bindings

@huuminberd yup, exactly that
5.4 years ago@Meltingvenus @huuminberd but the subroutine is in a parallel thread, so it both the main and the subroutine run simultaneously. You can force it to work like a function with some tricks, but I would use custom blocks instead for that now that we have them easily accessible
5.5 years ago@huuminberd I have a 700€ laptop and the game runs smoother in my 300€ phone
5.5 years ago@AndrewGarrison oh so there's more still to be shown :O
5.5 years agoAny chance force load and broadcast to other crafts will be added?
@22zxSnakeEyes nah, np, scaling it takes less than 1 sec
5.5 years agoWhat you're trying to do is really complex, you need deep understanding of some math, physics and sr2 concepts before you can even approach such a program.
5.5 years agoThere are some already done self landing rockets, you should start by checking those and trying to understand how they work.
Not sure why you've posted this twice, but there's a suggestion more than 1 year old and a lot more related suggestions
5.5 years ago@Chtite451SR2 in the game itself you should see a button that says report a bug
5.5 years ago@LukeJ848 I was testing it right now hahahaha
5.5 years ago@Chtite451SR2 you should submit a bug report
5.5 years ago@Gn0m instead of a change in speed check for a decrease in MaxEngineThrust example
5.5 years ago@Gn0m in mobile devices you need an external keyboard afaik, if you have the ipad keyboard go to settings and find the keybinding for the console (or set it to a key you want)

@SiriusK it is, we may upload a tutorial on how to migrate to the new system when it comes out
5.5 years ago@LukeJ848 np, good luck
5.5 years ago@LukeJ848 then maybe it's an issue with the key bindings?
5.5 years agoIf not try assigning other thing to your roll keys, like throttle, to check if they work and the issue is in the game side
You have to unlock direction to roll with a plane
5.5 years ago@zzazza this can be a misleading answer since in the first beta and in the published version some units changed
5.5 years agoHere is a suggestion that includes them and a couple more engine types
5.5 years ago@crowxe The other crafts orbit has nothing to do with ESS, it may be a bug in SR2 and if you think they're too dark you can always change the game settings to increase brightness
5.5 years ago@SyzygySoldier there are some workarounds
5.5 years ago@crowxe it broadcasts to different chips connected to the craft but not disconnected ones afaik
5.5 years agocause here I come
5.5 years ago@crowxe @Panthadroo there's this suggestion
