Get into a 100km orbit around Droo and wait until Cylero and droo are 50 degrees apart. Also take note that Cylero's orbit is elliptical so be sure that when you plot your maneuver node that its on the part of Cylero's orbit that is closest to Droo's orbit. You might also need to tinker around with some of the nodes in order to get a encounter. While you get there, you may want to place another maneuver node to get the periapsis to as close to Cylero as possible. Once you do that, make sure that when you enter Cylero's SOI that your speed is 2300 m/s or less. And make sure that your periapsis is at least 80km then do retrograde to slow down into an orbit. I hoped this helped.
@OldCoach The command chip must be facing up towards the sky or it will tumble.
And it does appear below command chip. Its already activated which is why it says edit activation groups so when you click on the pod it says set primary because the chip has already been set to primary.

@jacksawild Wait im confused when your encounter said 1971 m/s, mine always was close to either 4000 m/s or 5000 m/s I don't remember. But other than that, I think I know the basics of getting to cylero and back.
On the main menu, go to the bottom right corner then select which place you want to launch from. I think you do need to go to the moon first before it shows up as a location.
If you are gonna add more languages in a game, unless you know the language you would have to ask other people. You could use translate but I heard it’s not that accurate.
