Basically I'm 7k now but I can't really make very nice craft. This clearly shows points aren't related to craft quality, and sometimes players with the highest rank made garbage craft, too.
I will kept updating this post when I had new ideas about the situation, even during the paused phase.
@NebulaX your idea makes sense but I simply just want to focus on actual rocket science instead of how to unlock a fuel tank.
