i had a strange feeling that 80% user is on mobile but 80% update releases on pc first. Anyone had idea why?

Well, the devs are probably working on it using PCs. Making stuff for mobile is pretty hard.

PC is easier to test with. You can have higher quality builds without sacrificing quality. This means that a lot more bugs come out of PC tests than mobile. Also because PC has higher part counts in crafts you can test more features at once. Mobile often just has bugs with frame rates.
