There are rover wheels attached, but their part style is set to "none". So invisible wheels/suspension.

The strangest thing happened... I tried going 120m/s and stunting on the ramps in the space center, landed on the front wings. The entire car starts glitching out in the air at 1250-2500m/s and eventually it blew up from excessive heat damage.
