@kittman Thanks, and yes, it will be recoverable. The Phoenix 3 actually weighs less than the Phoenix 2.2, so it will have at least the same range as the Sparrow 2 Phoenix 2.2. I am testing the Sparrow 2 Phoenix 3 right now, and I have already flown a mission to a 350km orbit and recovered the first stage.

Dude. With each craft you keep taking it up a notch in complexity, design, and function. Keep it up!
Will the Sparrow 2 used for launching Phoenix 3 be recoverable like the Sparrow 2 Cargo?

@ahmad183 I am almost done testing it on the Sparrow 2. I hope to post the Sparrow 2 Phoenix 3 today or tomorrow.

@Tweedle_Aerospace thanks! I will probably release an update too, since it has much less monopropellant and the RCS setup is much less powerful, and the gyroscope is tiny since I did not leave much room for a gyroscope.

Lighter and less parts! All the better! Can’t wait to see this in action!
