XL community challenge[OPEN]

so today i will be issuing a challenge for yall to make the largest rocket you can build
so the rules
1. no mods, tinker, or XML edits
2. cheating will result in disqualified
3. any fuel is allowed other than: ion engines, nuclear engines, and sub assembly engines(engines similar to how MarioG makes his engines)
4. SSTOs are allowed but the following arent allowed: planes, boats, and helicopters
5. its okay to ask for help from other people but if they ask you, dont reveal your design
6. your craft must be able to at least make it into low droo orbit(you cannot use RSS to design your craft)
7. if your craft file is lost, thats okay. the challenge starts when everybody has their craft ready
8. the craft must be under 600 parts
9. be a good sport
10. if you want your craft manned, go ahead!
