I narrowed down the bug about transparency

Only Structural Panels get affected by this bug. Same stpes as before to duplicate. Paint a panel with a transparent color. Then save and reload the craft. The two images are the same color and paint. But the panel changes to an untransparent color.

    @Chtite451SR2 make sure to every now and then have everyone design a rocket like we did in the past a few times. And please try to keep them all stock. Just as a signature sort of thing.
