The transparency is not working on the structural panels. when you paint something with transparency and then make the game load and then come back to the craft, the panel is no longer transparent.

well if you want to temporarily fix that, paint the panel a different color and then repaint it transparent -

@Jon190 It stays transparent when it's on a craft that I downloaded though.

@Jon190 yeah I've made a few things with transparent structural panels and they just stop being transparent.
