@QuantumEnterprises Why would he own 20 accounts, and be able to run all of them at the same time?

Death or Consequences: The Story of STS-27

@Arstotzka Sorta. Mostly right. But safety contributed to the program shutdown.

Death or Consequences: The Story of STS-27

@Arstotzka Not exactly. CCCP/Roscosmos has a pretty great record for not killing people. If there was a disaster on Buran, that would destroy their reputation, and would have to shut down the program for YEARS just to get it safe again. They decided not to take risks. It’s hanger also collapsed in 2002, with Buran in it. It only had one successful mission (uncrewed) before that. It would be extremely expensive to remake it, and the space shuttle disasters were just beginning, which resolved into a shutdown of the program. It would be too dangerous, and costly to start it again.

    A new challenge for devices?

@ISX That is true. Of course, the Google Data Center is just a big computer only for storage, and RAM. Something like the world’s smartest AI would probably hold that record.

Why do Russian rockets rollout riding railroads?

@TerTech Lol. They now play music in the capsule because Yuri was bored at launch.

Why do Russian rockets rollout riding railroads?

@TerTech I don’t know. Yuri did it when he was being transported to the launch pad, and now all the cosmonauts do it.

Why do Russian rockets rollout riding railroads?

@TerTech Probably not. Russia/the Soviet Union has lots of these traditions at launch. Some of them are really weird, like the cosmonauts not being allowed to watch their rocket roll out. And they also have to pee behind a truck. It’s really weird.

    Because they don’t use trucks.

@PinnacleSpace Hmm. Agreed. I will most likely delete the forum post after a few days to prevent spam in my posts. I currently only have two payloads, and one is giant, while the other is the size of a block. I will ping you on the craft. It isn’t very big, but can hold a large payload about 5 blocks tall.

is it possible to get the direction of lateral velocity?

Simple see if the craft is pointing at least 90 degrees away from that velocity. Closer would be better. :)
