    Remember weight loss is 10% exercise and 90% diet you need to enter a calorie deficit, you can do this by recording your average calories over the course of a week and cutting around 300 calories of that. Cardio is a great tool but what really makes the difference is weight training or calisthenics if you cannot access a gym. Hope this helps bro and good luck on your weight loss journey!

    Also I recommend you drink coffee as its a appetite suppressor if you feel hungry, eat low calorie density foods like greens and fish/lean red meat. Avoid sauce and dressings.
