I had the exact same thing happen to me on Roblox. Once, when communities were groups where you could chat, a raid started because of me that lasted two years. So, someone made a fake account of me and started trashing everyone.
So, maybe it was just a troll who made a fake account for TimothySin.
P.S. Perhaps the gibberish he wrote is a Caesar cipher.
Because Juno isn't popular, that's why there are problems with upvotes. If the community and fandom were larger, 34 upvotes on posts would already be a small number.
@KashmianAerospace I made a shuttle (you can see it in my profile), with long wings. Then I tried making a launch vehicle, and when I launched it, it flipped over and crashed. I don't know what to do, maybe I should install gyroscopes as stabilizers, I don't know.
