@Zenithspeed not very hard for me to creating a contract like this, however,it's a problem how to define a "plane " to game, (maybe a craft with wings and plane engines? ),except that part the rest of the contract would be fine.

@TomKerbal 1.the system is based on solar system 2.0,I added some satellites of Saturn and Jupiter, and some launch site in Earth
2.the final product won't be released in mod.
2 craft with vz can run inside physical distance, so I guess you need to change it to about 300 km to make sure core stage landing problem and second stage program running at the same time, or you can just switch craft by vz
