The mobile verison of the game will come out after a few bug fixed are made on Steam. It's much easier to fix mistakes on Steam than mobile. I imagine it will be available on mobile one or two months after the steam verison is released.
i'm assuming no, and i assume that you will spawn on the runway. Now, if there are locations like in SP (which i cannot remember if there are or not), then you could easily make a location there and spawn infront of the hanger.
