For changing engine power, for rocket engines download Overload, click on "edit xml" on the part parameters, then on the upper section of the newly appeared tab, click on the left arrow and then modify the "nozzleThroatSize".

4.7 years agoThis happened to me as well with a recent Steam update, sadly re-installing Steam appears to be the option, but try to re-install only SR2.
