for some reason at the moment i click on sr2 form steam it crashes , i cant even open the sr2 steam page , anyone knows how to fix this problem?? (re-instaling steam is not an option)

This happened to me as well with a recent Steam update, sadly re-installing Steam appears to be the option, but try to re-install only SR2.
