I've never played SP or SR, just SR2.
One way to know what the community likes is going through the most upvoted crafts. The easiest way to get there is with detailed crafts
We already have dozens of Falcon Heavy replicas (just a couple realistic and/or detailed) and a couple of Burans, but I would go with FH since it's easier to make when you're starting.
This is a good question. I've never had problems with the clips that I've uploaded with the game music but I can't confirm it's intended to be used in videos. Judging on how Jundroo team works I'm almost sure you won't have issues using it
@Mavizasyon the problem comes when there's someone (sometimes more than one) every week asking the same question. It has been answered multiple times and to make it worst it's answered in FAQ.
Of course you can ask anything you want, but you have to understand that you're going to piss off people if you ask the same over and over.
@CasualCrusade ok, this looks like a serious bug. Can you report it?
In the game while that happens open the menu and select Report a bug. Title it something like "Orbit lines turn black" and write a little description about when you see it happening and what do you see.
@AndrewGarrison are you aware of this bug?
@swope I want to make one but I don't have time (too many projects at the same time) Judging on how shocks work I'm sure that would work. If you want I can make a test of the concept
Keep in mind that throat is limited to 0.001, negative nozzles can be messy, high pressures lead to inefficient vaccum engines and @Kell may have a heart attack if he finds out they're not stock
If you can't do it stock (sometimes it's too hard) you can go to the bottom of the xml file to a place called Connections.
There you can see that the format of the simpler connections
connection partAid partBid partAnode partBnode
You have to know the ids and the attachment node number. The easiest way I've found is adding two struts, one connected to each node you want to join. Check the struts ids, they should only be connected to one part each.
In connections now you'll see two new connections, one for each strut, let's call them connection a and connection b. Now copy the info in connection b about the part you want to connect, not the strut, and paste it where the strut info of connection a is. Then delete connection b, save and go to the editor to remove the two struts.
@yopo The thing is that this may add too much complexity for the average user
For the campaign mode I would love to see a hardcore mode where parts have integrity and you have to test them to see the integrity they have. Where parts cant fail if you don't test them and you can reuse the vehicles but if you don't test them enough it may have a failure
@CasualCrusade hm, maybe approaching the craft from another side
6.1 years agoThis is a known bug related to craft and planet rendering. If you load the craft before the ground mesh it falls into the planet and explodes
6.1 years agoHave you ever changed or added any files in the game folder? If so what kind of changes? It's possible to make a part disappear by doing so
6.2 years agoNvidia 920M and I can run it decently in max settings
6.2 years ago@Kell almost 24. Such a scary day
6.2 years agoI've never played SP or SR, just SR2.

6.2 years ago@Shoot2kill check this
6.2 years ago@PlanesofJundroo Make something that represents you in SR2, take a screenshot of it and use it as profile picture
6.2 years ago@PlanesofJundroo Add a profile picture!
6.2 years ago@Bmcclory more than 1 challenge
6.2 years agoIf I guess it here too you'll make 2 crafts? xd

@Insanity where is that button?
6.2 years ago@swope here you've got it used in a monster truck like chasis

ctrl+z
6.2 years ago@KraZIvan I've made some. One like the SpaceX BFR crane and another like a construction site one
6.2 years ago@Warbrine in what way did they break your code? The new engines?
6.2 years ago@PlanesofJundroo or a transformer with the hinges and rotators
6.2 years ago@PlanesofJundroo moar replicas and moar landers. Land with SRBs in Luna
6.2 years agoTry to make fictional stuff at first to get used to the editor, maybe a Luna lander
6.2 years ago@yopo sorry, @Kell is right
6.2 years ago@Warbrine good luck with your studies :) I hope you can share any proof during the summer
6.2 years ago@Shoot2kill you can link to the craft in the sandbox to give that person credit
6.2 years ago@WNP78 maybe using an intake to check for atmospheric density
6.2 years ago@WNP78 my approach was comparing altitude to surface speed knowing my terminal velocity
6.2 years agoI have to admit I wasn't hyped about this project, but it's looking really good right now
6.2 years ago@WNP78 are you sure about this? The InputControllers for Activators are working for that
6.2 years ago@MWG4386 I think it's because it's not fully implemented, like the tags
6.2 years ago@MWG4386 I can understand why, there's no easy way to find it, you have to type it manually
6.2 years agoThere's a search function
6.2 years agoAnd it has been asked more than 20 times in this forum
6.2 years agoIt's not that bad, my laptop with a 920M can run the reflections (it gets hot though)
6.2 years ago@Exospaceman before Android version blink
6.2 years ago@AndrewGarrison nah, just 4.6 hahahaha
6.2 years agoFor tiny light weight satellites that don't care about TWR, like in real life
6.2 years agoYou're fast damn
6.2 years ago@PhilipTarpley NO WAY
6.2 years ago@Exospaceman I think you can add the new engines and join the challenge :D
6.2 years ago@Exospaceman
6.2 years ago@Planefun sure
6.2 years agoTry to set part collision to always and make the parts that disconnect or break have collision response none
6.2 years ago@Bmcclory it has an automated launch sequence with a count down digital display and auto staging. You just have to control direction
