@Livingg017 Exactly, I remembered what I did on my first build but didn't mention it. I placed "droods" under the cable reels, which acted as tow ropes.
@Livingg017 Don't say such things about your work, I'm just the kind of person who doesn't release raw projects, trying to do everything to the maximum (except for my Nimitz)Thank you for your wishes, I am glad to hear it.
@Livingg017 The largest helicopter had a two motors with a diameter of 35 meters and a high number of revolutions, so it can lift loads of up to 100 tons. I'm talking about Mi-12
@Livingg017 I decided to conduct some tests and tried to make propellers that could lift an 80-ton load. In the end, needed screws 51 meters in diameter
Although they invested £70 million, a huge sum, they intended to make the carrier unsinkable. For example, when a torpedo hit a conventional carrier, it would list and sink, and in this project, the 12-meter walls hardly missed anything.
Hmm, it was expensive for them to build with steel, so they invested even more in a 1,200-meter-long, 2-million-ton piece of ice. That's pure bullshit to me.
@Yugveergreat @ExplorationMegaCorp @Livingg017 @OACOTEOC @SteerplanInc @YxxDungeon8masterxxY Guys, since you are pretty good aircraft builders, can you look at my plane? You don't have to rate it, just look and give me some advice or what I did wrong.
@Zazo Why am I the author? I just helped when you needed help.
2 months ago@Livingg017 I've been following this aircraft carrier all day, and I'm glad the community likes it.
2 months ago@Livingg017 Of course we will, there can be no other option, there is still a lot of work to do.
2 months ago@Livingg017 So, are we making version 2.0??
2 months ago@Livingg017 Oh, flag, the main thing is that pirates don't get on this aircraft carrier and hang their flag.

2 months ago@Livingg017 To me it seemed like an insignificant or even unnecessary part, but I left it anyway.
2 months ago@Livingg017 Yes, you may be right, but stairs on an aircraft carrier are hardly a good example:)

2 months agoHappy New Year to everyone. To everyone who is still in the old or new year.

3 months ago@Livingg017 I'm not big on music, I usually listen to whatever comes my way.
3 months ago@Livingg017 I have a question, what kind of giant are you planning to build?
3 months agoDo you need something like a fully controlled VTOL?
3 months agoVery interesting, but that would be impossible for me.

4 months ago@Livingg017 Have you seen the crew on the Habakuk? 3,590 people...
4 months ago@Livingg017 A control tower? It's safe to say there isn't one. No, that's logical; why would the crew need a control tower proportional to the hull?

4 months agoJust look at the pictures with the side cut.
@Livingg017 Are you sure? If this is actually built, it will be one of the largest buildings ever built.
4 months ago@Livingg017 Yes, that's why I think this project is crazy. Just imagine how many freezing units are needed to freeze 2 million cubic meters of ice.
4 months agoAnd by our time, almost nothing remains of this bold project.
4 months agoBy the way, pykrete consists of 14% wood and 86% ice.

6 months agoWhy didn't I notice this before? Now there is even more motivation to finish assembling the aircraft carrier faster, you are the best
