@ninthninja05 using astronaut's rope.
Bring the docking ports to each other using a rope. Switch to one of the modules. If docking doesn't start, make a quick save and load it. The docking will have to start.
You can then use a slower time (20x) for faster docking. Just slow down the time for a couple of seconds, then turn on the normal mode.
