Hey, I just got SR2 a few days ago. I have seen what you all have posted on this website and I am very impressed with what I have seen. I have mostly been messing around with it and getting used to the game mechanics, but now I have started putting my focus on something. This is going to be the canopy for my first official build. Before I go any further though, I'd like some engineering guidance. So far, I have found that fuel tanks are easily the most manipulatable, but are a real pain to work with on mobile, which is where ill be doing most of my building. For most of the this reason, I have been using structural panels a lot. Any input is much appreciated,.

Note: That fuel tank that the structural panels are connected to is only a size reference and something to connect to. it will go away when the canopy is finished.

Welcome to the community! I my advice would be that, I became a mobile user after a long time of playing on my computer. It was hard at first, but soon I could build better than I ever could have on the computer. I would say that it gets easier to use a mobile platform, you just need to get used to it. I think that you have a really good start on that canopy. It's really skillfully built!

i used to play simple planes on mobile, and i remember a kind of cursor, and you select the action at the base and move it around to do stuff. I forgot what it's called, but i think its in this game too. Maybe using that will make it easier

    1. The configuration is important, you can't fly a plane to space nor glide a rocket

    2. Use the tinker panel if you don't like the laws of physics

    3. Paint your crafts, more colors, higher chance it will be seen (don't overdo it tho)

    4. Give credit where credit is due: if you like a craft, upvote it. People rarely upvote so they are going to apreciate it.

    5. Center of mass must be in front of the center of lift (for planes) this is usually done by adding a tail

    6. Have fun! Really, use this game to enjoy yourself.

If you want more advice just say so. Good luck!
