From Arda Industries:

In honor of SpaceX's first commercial launch of the Falcon Heavy spacecraft on April 11 2019, I would like to introduce my version of this powerful and capable launch vehicle (unfortunately no markings).

Features:
-1st stage thrust (SL): 23,799KN (Isp: 244s)
-Huge cargo capacity!
-Grid Fin equipped
-Each booster & core can be independently controlled

Note: Isp is not that high since I chose to use Kerolox as in the real vehicle.

Feedback is welcome!

@Probreyene not very well. Eventually I will rebuild this and add new engines and improved grid fins.

Does the grid fins work well?

@madtitan242 In the game, from the build screen in the main menu the top option is "download crafts". Don't forget to "save as" what ever you download if you want to keep it

@MarioG yeah every part in the grid fin is up to 200% drag, I played with the lift vectors, the fin direction and angles and added more control surfaces, but the more I think about it the 4 fins per grid fin are just too tiny to have an effect. Like i said I do plan to revisit them and tweak them some more ( I still feel like there's a solution) but I wanted to complete other projects before coming back to this one.

@KraZIvan have you increased drag in the tinker panel it wont be "stock" but if its only that part it dosent matter

@MarioG I must admit the fins don't seem to do anything although I did spend some time testing and tweaking them in trying to make them behave as they should. I plan to revisit the fins to see if there's a way to make them functional while keeping them at a (relatively) low part count. I'm glad you enjoyed it though!

I think the fins may not work for the same reason the RCS don't seem to do antyhing except to move the rocket very very slowly, and that is the rocket is just too massive for the small fin parts used in the grid fins. I think for them to be more effective a modded part with more drag and/or lift is needed.

@AndrewGarrison Thank you for the speedy responses!

as for the overlapping engines, it's sort of a "trick" to increase Isp.

Why do you have two overlapping engines on stage 3?

Awesome! Thanks for the bug report too. The grid fin rotators should be fixed in the next update.
