The Vizzy on this capsule is (triggered by AG2 or start by default if you removed the "Wait until") will orient the craft so that the pilot is facing west. It's helpful to orient a secondry craft that you're not controling. The main use is to orient the space station for docking.

@crowxe dont worry, most of people only see eye candy craft and playing laggy. This kind of craft very useful for exploration in SR2, not just a trophy craft.

@KraZIvan I fully agree, I have a post that's called "close Luna" every time I up vote on it I feel a bit annoyed because it's not useful or challenging, it's just bizarre sandbox. But I feel good when I get up votes for useful and interesting stuff. Thank you man
