My first craft to testbed a bug, has conventional canard layout, except for a mid-section fitted with control fins. Under normal conditions, fin deflection induces expected rotational forces AND during testing, the fins enter what appears to be a persistent orbital motion around the fuselage once rotation has started.
The effect provides no benefit, returning the fins to neutral immediately collapses the motion.
