No this was not made because its DELTA IVs last launch soon, this was made a while back and delta IVs last launch reminded me of it, so i got to work testing it out and improving the design, the 3 core design works well to deliver large heavy payloads to orbit, the upperstage used to sport 2 engines but 1 was removed because we found it wasnt really needed, so a single engine upperstage was used for this vehicle, all technologies from this rocket are pretty old thanks to this design being left to be forgotten, but its now ready to launch heavy masses to orbit and delivery large satallites into operational orbits.
