Btw. you forgot to activate fuel line in the tanks mounted to the engines.
That increased the range of your plane by a few factors. The mountains are then no problem at all. It flies pretty well -

@Klosskopf They should really add air-breathing engines and propeller engines to the game, oh but I don't think this could even cross the mountains, probably only a mile away from the Space Center.

Nice. Im currently finishing a plane, too
Though mine is an Airbus, not a Boeing.
How far do you get it. I can hardly cross the next mountains.
Airbreathing engines would be a real blessing
