Voyager 1 was launched in 1977, and it has almost left the solar system since then, its currently going at 11 kilometers per second.

This Voyager 1 has also left the solar system, take a look at one of the pictures! Sadly, no gravity assists, so no astoundingly beautiful pictures.

By the way, is this the first probe to leave the Smolar System? I don't know,

    Now I see what ur trying to say, Titan IIIE, got it with the Titan III the SRBs are as big as the 4B which has more lifting power. Go look up KELLY WEST PARK, Merritt Island, FL. That is where I watched the last TITAN III launch from the CCAFS. I have been on launch complex 41 as a kid I stood next to the Titan 4B and Titan III. Good memories and such a good work hourse. @tsampoy

    @mjdfx150529 There are no engines that produce enpugh delta v and are big enough.
    At least it works.
