EXPIREMENTS UPDATE: there is E1 (expirement 1) and E2. E1 Can only be used at low Luna orbit.
E2 must only be used at low gravity planets and an altitude of around 7k and 5k. It works better in a ksp mod. scroll down the first 2 and you will find the one i use.
