If your having problems docking, destroy the interstage on top

@VosAerospace actually its easy!
Create a hole in the fairing and add a interstage on top of you capsule. If there is a docking port do the same thing. Use the arrows in the menu and pull it up. Add the escape tower from there -

@Fona2 Thanks! I couldn't quite figure out how to get the abort to work with the fairing. Any ideas? As for yours, I think the bottom of the stage is really good. However, the top could be a bit more realistic. Just use photos online if you need it.
