@SelectAKey that's almost what it is. The green light specifically means the craft is in acceptable approach cone hence translate forward, if not it translates backward....That's how it usually slows down before docking as it never comes spot on within that cone

The program is still in fine tuning, stuff like killing the cycle after doc complete and repeating if desired..etc.
the craft is locked on prograde and glances at target (by selecting only as all controls are disabled at that moment) and in that moment, the Pitch and Yaw are measured and fed into the translation controls.
