While we're waiting for the update I'm trying to see if it's worthwhile to make roads. I know what I have at the moment looks ugly but I would like to see if they work well.
my main focus is to see if the bumps where the road twists and turns are a problem to smaller cars and stuff and if there's any lag with all these road peices
to get to the road chose the loacation named '1 - TEST ROAD"
If you're going to use the rover you will have to increase the motor torque on the wheels to get over the 25 degree incline halfway up

I did the same thing as you, the difference is that I built a small city with hangars and highways

I think you’re right, I’ve decided to reroute it up a shallower slope where I can keep an incline without turns, I like the bends, but it’s impossible to keep them smooth on anything other than flat terrain @NebulaSpaceAgency
terrifying to go down and probably hard to go up if you have a low power vehicle, less steep drops and smoother turns, they’re too tight
