It is one of my rockets I've worked on, but it is the satellite. I tested the sat on the simplecargo as well but same problem.

@deusalgor is probably right. Check your command pod/chip has no rotation. If that's not it, then upload a bug report and we can take a look at it.

@NazyaMilitare check engines and command pod rotation.

Wow! I haven't seen this issue never on my beta testing...
How you built the rocket?? Upload it so someone can see how you built it, to recreate it.
