Hover Part Source Code Now On GitHub (Also, Updated to Version 1.1, SR2 0.7.3.3, Unity 2018.4.4)

The source code for the hover part mod is now on GitHub :)

The update is just updating to Unity 2018.4.4, SimpleRockets2 0.7.3.3 mod tools, and cleaning up the code for human consumption (Disclaimer: You should not eat code... but it is best when doused in maple syrup and sprinkled with salt).
