NVM IT'S SOLVED THANKS TO @GamingLaptopNoob

I added some RCS thrusters on my WIP rocket plane, but the controls are inverted, and the roll & yaw axis are mixed up and don't correctly control the craft on those axis. Is there any way to properly program and assign control axis for each RCS thruster like in SP??? This is one of the biggest issues holding back my Endeavor rocket-plane from release, and one that's becoming really annoying for me as I can't figure out why its doing what its doing nor do I know how to properly correct it. For awhile I just used a large gyro, but even then the controls on it are inverted and with my Endeavor getting a little bit larger for more fuel, the gyro isn't even that effective anymore. The RCS thrusters are more powerful and effective, but I can't control my craft worth a darn in space! Any help guys?

I feel incredibly dumb now. My command chip/pilot was upside down and facing backwards. Thanks for suggesting that, you really helped!
