basically ive been trying to get my x-wing to work nicely and i was able to get it to fly (when i put engines on it) ive messed with the design here https://www.simplerockets.com/c/33DnEl/X-wing-draft-2-added-folding-wings a bit and changed it up so it will actually fly, and thats when this error started to occur, someone please help me solve this one it will be much appreciated

There is a setting that helps with that. It's under 'Advanced Part Settings', where you find the Fuel Line option. I think it's called Stability Modifier

Put a strut on the hinge and then put the wings on the strut might work

dont set the stability modifier too high
it will reduce manuverability
