Has anyone heard of Langley landers?

How do I lock on to my targets heading only. Not pitch? Using vizzy.

@TomKerbal it does, COM and COT are so close to each other that they almost coincide

I like the Space concepts from the 50th / 60th :-) Leaded to Apollo11 finally. It looks like it could have some balancing problems btw.

@HorizonsTechnologies There's no space, ig they were supposed to get in already wearing the EVA suit.
And I guess it was just a design concept and did not see any further work due to these complications.
Rest it looks cool so I thought on giving it a try

@TomKerbal No, I did not find anything which would explain how would it deorbit and land, these were just concept designs that too the very first ones ig when we had very little idea about all this stuff
That might be the reason it looks so impractical

This is a very nice idea! Can you make it a little more faithful to the original ?
Btw since it is probably not able to deorbit and land on Moon on itself, did you found something how they planed to do this ?
