A lot of you may have load of precious crafts and subassemblies that you spent ages working on. How are u supposed to keep them safe if your device (likely a computer) gets a virus, suffers data loss or corruption, software error or other major issues? Like iCloud, there should be a way to sync all those prized crafts and subassemblies across all the devices your account signed in on. Therefore, if your device is damaged or wiped, the crafts and subassemblies are safely backed up to your account. And it also means if your changing devices, signing in onto your new device will automatically sync the crafts and subassemblies with the new device.

@YaMomzBox420 the whole reason behind the cloud syncing is it saves time because all the crafts and subassemblies are automatically backed up to your account. It also means you don’t have to go into SR2 to upload a craft, you can simply select one from your account and upload it straight from there. Instead of painstakingly loading each craft and each subassembly individually, they are all automatically loaded and synced to your account.

I mean, that's already technically a thing, you just have to upload everything to this site manually and then redownload it on the other device(s). That can be time intensive and relies on the user uploading things immediately after making them to minimize the chance of losing them, however it also gives the user control over how much data is being transferred or stored on a device which is much more desirable.
