Removal of resize tool limits when fuel tank set to "auto-ajust"

@Zenithspeed The limit is annoying when building big things with large custom parts for esthetic purposes, like fuselage wings for a shte.

i agree with the weird value things, sometimes when i wanna move something from, 1.00 to 1.05, for example, sometimes it just messes up and goes 1.025 for completely no reason. remove the awkward value thing, definitely, tho i don't really understand the limit thing

Removal would cause chaos tbh, if you're facing a hard time with this, try editing it, the XML way
