Letter from the Droo Aerospace administration

A letter was received to PanzerAerospace about 5 days after the selection of the Plasma-1 Rocket:

On behalf of the DAA, we would like to state our concerns on your recent selection of the Plasma-1 rocket. Although your rocket uses a considerable amount of engineering and technology, it seems to be another that relies on thrust rather than efficiency. We also would like a rocket that doesn’t drop as much debris; reusable or non reusable. (Considering that not all boosters complete chute deployment) and that your rocket however does have reusable solid rocket boosters, non of the rest of the rocket is reusable. Which almost defies your company’s passion for reusable (despite the early Vulture rocket that brand the first droods to Luna)
So to the main points:
We would like you to not abandon Plasma-1, but devolop a rocket that has the following requirements we have given you.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Reusable first stage booster. You should also ditch side boosters.

Only 3 stages or below. We don’t want to fill all of droo with old rocket stages.

Less kerosene as a fuel. Kerosene is heavy, inefficient and a bit harder to work with is landing a booster on a drone ship.

Can bring a considerable amount of cargo to Cylero and possibly Sergeaa. We want to use your CubeSats to map out other celestial bodies.

And finally, don’t make a separate crew launch vehicle. We knew at some points you would finish Plasma-2, so this rocket will be used for crewed and uncrewed missions.

And that concludes the requirements. The DAA has also signed a contract with us. Supporting plasma-1 until the beginning of the new rocket building phase begins.
