It is complicated. When I made the IAAR I had to ask about this. It seems that you are allowed to upvote the group account but the group account can’t upvote its members accounts because it would then be acting as a second account.

No because its a community post and not a second account ;)

i am in comunity aerospace and so far havent been told by the mods anything, even after upvoting a post
